EARLY MEETING SEEN
CHURCHILL, ROOSEVELT, AND STALIN Reed. 11 p.m. New York. Nov. 16. Mr. CHiurchitl, President Roosevelt and Marshal Stalin may meet sooner than originally intended, says the New York Tinies' London correspondent. Mr. Churchill recently indicated in the House ol Commons that the meeting might take place belore the end ot the year. However, with the Russians making rapid progress towards lhe frontier questions had arisen which seemed remote a lew weeks ago.
