NORWEGIAN WAR CROSS Reed. 8.45 p.m. London, Oct. 2 King Haakon of Norway conferred (he Norwegian War Cross on WingCommander Patrick Geraint Jameson, R.A.F., D. 5.0., D.F.S., aged 31, of New Zealand. Wing-Commander Jameson led Nor. wegian fighters in many actions and was a survivor of the aircraft-carrier I Glorious He was one of the first two i pilots to land Hurricanes on the flight deck of the carrier during the Nor-| wegian campaign.
