MAIN TOPIC AT TRIPARTITE CONFERENCE Recd. 6 p.m. London, Sept. 29. Russia’s political aims in Europe will be the main topic at the forthcoming Three-Power Conference in Moscow or London. This is the belief of London observers, who alsa express the opinion that it is unlikely that military strategy will be discussed. The Evening Standard says the main items on the agenda are believed to be Russian participation in the political administration of countries freed by the Allies, and examinations of Russian post-war intentions and demands. Another important point will be the administration and status of a defeated Germany.
