CHANGE TO LONDON
BIG ALLIED CONFERENCE
Recd. 11 p.m. New York, Sept. 28. The meeting of British. American and Russian Foreign Ministers which was scheduled tentatively for Moscow will possibly be changed to London because of Mr. Cordell Hull’s state of 'health, says the New' York HeraldTribune’s Washington correspondent, commenting on Ihe meeting. Mr. Berle, Assistant Secretary of State, told the press that British fears that American conferees will he unable to negotiate specific terms were unfounded since the American delegation will be prepared to discuss specifically post-war problems.
