FIJI DEFENCE COMMAND
(P.A.) Wellington, Sept. 29. The Minister of Defence, the Hon. F. Jones, announced to-day that Brigadier G. Dittmer has taken over command of the Fiji defence force; from Brigadier J. G. C. Wales, who is returning to New Zealand.
