AMERICA AND SOVIET

STATEMENT BY MR. HULL Reed. 6 p.m. London, Aug. 31. The U.S. Secretary of State, Mr. Cordell Hull, to-day denied reports that high officials were opposed to the Soviet. He described the attacks as "monstrous and diabolical falsehoods.”
