MAIN RAILWAYS CUT
NAZIS ANTICIPATE ALLIED LANDINGS Reed. 6 p.m. London. Aug. 29. According to the Stockholm newspaper Allehanda, the German High Command is rushing strong reinforcements to the toe of Italy, in anticipation of Allied landings. Algiers radio says it is officially reported that all the main railways in southern Italy are now cut.
