SLIGHT COLLISION WITH CYCLIST “You are not entitled to overtake another vehicle within 30 feet of an intersection,” said Mr. J. H. Salmon, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court, Wanganui, yesterday, when Hampson Vernon Lawry was charged with driving a motor-truck in Victoria Avenue without due care and attention. Defendant did not know he had struck the cycle and continued on.
