MRS. S. J. McCarroll.
The death has occurred of Mrs. Sarah Jane McCarroll. She was born at Henderson and followed the teaching profession until at Mareretu she met Mr. J. N. McCarroll, then farming a large property at McCarroll's Gap. They were married 37 years ago and settled at Maunu, near Whangarei. She is survived by her husband and two daughters.
