EXTRA SPACE AT GENEVA Recd. 6 p.m. Rugby, Aug. 26. News has been received from Montreal that the International Labour office has gladly agreed to a request by the int:rnational committee o. the Red Cross to lend part of its building at Geneva for extension of the Red Cross services to prisoners of war. The Red Cross will thus be provided without cost, with a number of rooms until the end of hostilities or until the space is required again by the 1.L.0.—8.0.W.
