Y.W.C.A. CONFERENCE
WANGANUI DELEGATES LEAVE FOR CHRISTCHURCH Delegates Irom the Wanganui Y.W.C.A. who will attend the national conference in Christchurch from August 28 to September 4 left for the south yesterday. The conference will be represented by all phases of the association’s activities in the Dominion and will be 'held at St. Andrew’s College. Wanganui delegates are:—Misses D. Ambler and C. Alexander (representing Business Girls’ Lyceum), Miss N. Brown (Everygirls’ Club), Miss J. Elston (sports), Mesdames M. M. Grant and E. M. Scott (Blue Triangle Club), and Miss Beryl McElwain (Girl Citizens and Live Y-ers). They will be joined in Christchurch by Mrs. F. J. Williams (Women’s Committee), Miss Ruth Williams (Girl Citizen), Miss I. Draffin (Everygirls’ Club) and Mrs. B. A. McElwain (Business Girls' Lyceum).
