Basketball teams also travelled to New Plymouth. The Parents’ Association entertained the senior and intermediate pupils and country visitors at a fancy dress da neo in the College Hall. Those present at the meeting were Mr. G. S. Gordon (chairman), Mesdames J. C. Wickham, A. N.. T. O’Toole. Messrs. E. F. Hemingway, J. C. Batt, O. Hales and Major G. H. Robertson.
