Reed. 3 p.m. New Delhi, March 12 The Premier of the Punjab, Major Tiwana, told the provincial assembly at Lahore that if the Congress leaders under detention in the Punjab gave assurances that they would not interfere with the war effort the Government was prepared to consider Hieir release.
