GIRAUD AND DE GAULLE
ENTENTE MAY TAKE TIME (Recd. 6 p.m.) Cairo, Feb. 15. After the arrival of General Catroux from his talks with General Giraud at. Algiers, Fighting French officials stated that several months would probably elapse before an entente between Generals Giraud and de Gaulle was concluded. General Catroux was completely satisfied with the talks, which occurred as between one French patriot and another. Gen. Giraud was most anxious io reach an understanding with the Fighting French and to unite all Frenchmen against the Nazis. Progress was being made slowly but surely and in the right direction, but the necessity of working out details prevented a prompt agreement.
