MAY BE CONTINUED AFTER THE WAR (Recd. 6 p.m.) Rugby. Feb. 15 Sir Thomas Barlow, Director-Gene-ral of civilian clothing, speaking at a utility fabric exhibition in Manchester, suggested that utility clothing might continue after the war, at least during the transition period.- 8.0.W.
