KING’S LYNN BY-ELECTION

London, Feb. 13. A National Conservative was elected to Parliament at. the King's Lynn by-election to-day, to fill the vacancy which was caused by the death on active service in the Middle East of Lieut.-Colonel S. Maxwell. There is thus no change. FlyingOfficer Lord Fermoy beat his Independent Socialist opponent by 1669 votes. Forty per cenF of the electorate voted.
