NAVAL RATING GETS GAOL SENTENCE (P.A.) Dunedin, Feb. 15. Richard McQueen, the young naval rating who stabbed a froman taxi driver on the night of January 7, was sentenced by Mr. Justice Kennedy this morning to reformative detention for five years and six months. .
