BAN ON CIVILIAN RADIOS IN AUSTRALIA
Melbourne, Dec. 30 The manufacture of radios for civilian use has been banned in Australia. The Minister of War Organisation and Industry. Mr. Dedman, announcing the decision, said the existing supnlies of radio parts were necessarv for service equipment, while narts left over after service requirements were fulfilled were needed for the maintenance of existing civilian sets.
