NEW POLISH MINISTER OF WAR
Rugby, Sept. 27. Under pressure of work, General Sikorski has decided to relinquish the post of War Minister, which he combined with his other duties. A separate War Minister, Lieutenant-Gen-eral Dr. Marjan Kukiel, aged 58, who is a distinguished historian, has been appointed.—B.O.W.
