RED CROSS SOCIETY
WANGANUI HEADQUARTERS The Wanganui District Centre of the Red Cross Society will this week establish its headquarters in premises at 124 Victoria Avenue, next to Messrs. Mason, Struthers and Co.’s store. The rooms will be equipped and. after being furnished, will be suitable for and available as a lounge for country| members to visit and use while tluy are in the city. All business connected with the centre activities will be transacted there, including prisoners of war inquiries and parcels. It is hoped that the rooms will be ready for occupation and use during <he current week.
