CYCLIST KILLED
HIT BY DELIVERY VAN (P.A.) Auckland, Sept. 25. When a light delivery van collided with two cyclists at Epsom, Neville Rex Newbv, aged 23, of Sandringham, was killed instantly and Desmond Williams was slightly injured. The men were cycling home when the van struck them. The van swerved on to two verandah posts and came to rest against a power pole. It was so badly damaged that it had to be towed away.
