SOVIET ATHLETE’S RECORD
London, Sept. 24. Moscrow radio stated that Feodosy Vanin, a young Moscow athlete, established a world record for 20 kilometres of 63min. 51sec. The present record is credited to J. Zabala, of Argentina, who put up the time of 64min. 0 l-ssec. in 1936.
