EMPIRE AIR STRATEGY
PLANS BEING STUDIED Rugby, May 17. One of the most important war conferences yet held opens in Ottawa on Monday. It will be devoted to the Empire’s air offensive and 100 experts from the anti-Axis Powers will discuss ways and means of linking their striking power in the air in order that the war may be definitely carried home to Germany. The conference will consider methods of co-ordinating and expanding air-training activities and ensuring that further outlays by Canada and. the Allies to strengthen their air arm will continue to be applied to the best advantage for all concerned.— 8.0.W .
