BOWLING ACTIVITIES
KEESING (I P AND JUNIOR BANNERETTE Teams from the Gonville Bowling Club are to visit the Wanganui East Club to-morrow afternoon in quest of the Keesing Cup and Junior Bannerette. The senior team is: Corby. M. Anderson, J. Healey, and Mailman. This team brought back the Hurn Cup from the St. John's Club last week. The junior team will be: Edin. Brown. Stewart and Banks. Club championshins are now nearing finalitv, some of the results ing:--Senior si- gles: J. R. Healey. Junior singles: B. Banks. Senior pairs: C. Cornish and J. R. Healey. The Spencer Cup is to be played for on April 11 and IS. This is a new competition and particulars are posted on the notice board. A team from Gonville were successful in winning the Harkness Cun. played during the season at Castlecliff. The team comprised' Stewart, Richards. Beard. Clemoes.
