EXCLUSIVE DUTY IN EASTERN SEA
REAR-ADMIRAL APPOINTED (Rec. 9.5 p.m.) Washington, March 17. The Navy Department announced that Rear-Admiral Adolphus Andrews has been assigned to exclusive duty as Commander of the Eastern Sea frontier. He is being replaced by RearAdmiral Edward J. Maryuart, who will retain his present duties as Commandant of the Navy Yard., New York.
