The Marton St. Andrew's Church was artistically decorated with blue hydrangeas, on Thursday, March 1.112. the occasion being a very si l iking wedding, when Rela Evelyn Jean, elder daugnter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Zander. Marton, was married to Francis Graham Milne, younger son of Mr. and Mrs. A. C. M. Parkinson, also ol Marton. The officiating minister was the Rev. L. K. Brown (a visiting minister ). The bride who entered the church on Ihe arm of her father, wore a streel length frock of a synthetic peacock blue, cut on tailored lines, with a halo hat Io- lone, which carried a shoulder-lengi h veil of stiffened tulle, being .held in place by a cluster of real flowers, tier sole ornament was a cameo brooch. The bride held a shower spray of < ream gladiotas anc. magnolia buds, with maidenhair fern. The two bridesmaids, Miss Baulins Zander (sister of the bride), and Mis,Isla Parkinson (sister oi the bridegroom) wore frocks ol sapbire blue cut on slender lines, with lull bishop sleeves. Their striking hats of blue with heart-shaped onms wore linisncu with cream honeycombing. i'hej carried bouquets ol yellow gladiola: and blue delphiniums. Mr. Stan wndersou acted as best man, and the duties of groomsman were carried out by Mi. unarie; Smith. The usher was Mr. Jiidwin Zander. Al Hie church lhe wedding group stood under a large whde wedding bell. As the bridai couple mode then way from the church, little Beverlej Ensom presented tne bride with a while horseshoe. Relations ano friends were later entertained at a reception in Gould s Ca.le. Mrs. Paul Zander, the brides mother, assisted by Mrs. A. C. M.
