SWEDISH VESSEL FOR RETURN JOURNEY (Recd. 9.5) Washington. March 16 Mr. Sumner Welles announced that the Swedish liner Drottingholm had been chartered to take German and Italian diplomats to Lisbon and also I Japanese to Portuguese East Africa. | From both places the Drottingholm | will bring home the American diplomats awaiting exchange.
