LAW AND ORDER WARDENS’ RESOLUTION The fact that no attempt had beei made lo screen street lb hts in Wanganui was brought before a meeting of Law and Order wardens in th< Wanganui East Town Hall last nigh! After the subject was discussed at length it was decided that iho following resolution be sent to the authorities: “That this meeting of Law anc Order wardens of Wanganui East views with concern the fact that n< attempt has been made to screer street, lights i n Wanganui and suburb' so that they will not be visible frorr aircraft; and that the authorities at Ohakea he requested to report, on th? amount, of direct light .showing."
