ORDER BY ITALIANS (Recd. 7.30 p.m.) London. March 14. Information has reached London that the Italians ordered mass executions at Ljubljana, after an Italian agent had killed a leading Slovene, of over 400 students and members ol professions, 69 of whom were charged with sabotage. The remainder were sent to a concentration camp. A military court sentenced to death 28. of whom twelve were shot. The rest are awaiting execution. Forty-one were sentenced to long terms of forced labour, including twelve life sentences-
