BAN BY GOVERNMENT (Recd. 7.5 p.m.) Stockholm. March 14 The Government has seized six more newspapers, making a total of seventeen in three days. All had described cruelties in Norwegian prisons. The Swedish Minister of Justice stated that such descriptions caused misunderstandings among foreign powers. The Government acted in pursuance of its policy of neutrality. The Dean of Trondheim was arrested under instructions of the Norwegian Government.
