STEPS IN CANADA
CLOTHING RESTRICTIONS (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) Ottawa, March 10. The Wartime Prices and Trade Board announced sharp clothing restrictions which will eliminate doublebreasted jackets, two-pants suits, and other "frills" for men's and boys’ clothing and sports wear in order to conserve materials and labour. The order follows similar steps taken re- ‘ cently in the United States.
