Corridor and Velocitv did a sound mile in 1.48. At Flemington Togo did ten furlongs in 2.18. Hesione beat White Line in a brilliant four furlongs in 48sec. Baroda impressed bv doing four furlongs in 48isec. Mildura and Beaulivre did seven in 1.30 i. Skipton did a serviceable seven furlongs in 1.36 at Caulfield.
