“WILL WANGANUI BE BOMBED?”
CANADIAN LECTURERS' VIEWS A mass public meeting will be held this (Friday: evening in the Savage Club Hall, at 8 o'clock, at which two outstanding Canadian lecturers. Dr. McMaster Kerr and Dr. S. Robertson Orr. will present sound-moving pictures depicting Canadian life, scenery and industry. The films have been especially prepared for the Canadian Trade Commissioner and ate entitled "Canada Speaks." Dr. Orr will also deliver a lecture "Is the coming eclipse n sign of Christ's near return?" and will answer the question "Will Wanganui he bombed?" Dr Kerr will preside and speak on Canada's war effort. There will be no charge for admission, hut a collection will be taken to defray expenses.
