REGENT THEATRE
"MAN MADE MONSTER” Merging thrills with powerful drama, Universal's "Man Made Monster” concludes to-day at the Regen: Theatre. Lionel Atwill plays the role of a scientist and Lon Chaney, jun.. in a characterisation reminiscent of those of his famous father, portrays the monster. The associate feature, "The Ape." stars Boris Karloff. "Rancho Grande” Commencing to-morrow, "Rancho Grande" wili feature the popular Gene Autry and Smiley Burnette, supported by June Storey and Mary Lee. Gene's success in “South of the Border” has added to his already enormous fan public. The supporting feature, "Pride of the Bowery,” has Leo Gorcey, Bobby Jordan and Donald Haines starred.
