LONG WAR WORK BY SIX GIRLS

GUESTS OF LORD BEAV ERBROOK. (Reed. 8.20 p.m.) Rugby, Nov. 29. Six girls, who. between them, have just completed 82.944 working hours, filling bombs and shells in North and South Midlands, were week-end guests of Lord Beaverbrook in London. This was arranged in recognition of the first-class workers and excellent time-keeping. The achievement of these six girls epitomises British women's work for victory.—B.O.W.
