A Senate resolution has been passed urging the Administration to again r,rotes! to Germany against the sinking of the Argentine ship Uruguay. This is interpreted as a challenge lo the acting-President. Dr. Ramon S. Castillo, who chided the Chamber of Deputies for censuring the German Ambassador, von Tlrrmann.
