London. Aug. 11. i Japanese agents have been sending ' information to the Axis Powers th ough the Japanese Legation m Cairo, states the Herald's Cairo correspondent. . The Japanese Consul at Port oaia was arrested several weeks ago for photographing air-raid damage in the canal zone. As a result Japan is no longer permitted to send a diplomaticbag from Cairo. —U.P.A.
