FINLAND A MONARCHY
REPORTS OF GERMAN INTENTIONS (Recd. 8.20 p.m.) London, Aug. 10. The Moscow radio quotes a Stockholm report that Germany is planning to transform Finland into a monarchy. Candidates for the throne will be either Prince Frederick Karl von Hessen, or his elder son, Philip.— U.P.A.
