PETITIONS FOR DIVORCE Undefended divorce petitions heard before Mr. Justice Johnston in the Supreme Court, Wanganui, yesterday, were:Lily Ruabertha Moore (Mr. C. F. Treadwell), petitioned for divorce from James Henry Moore on grounds of a separation order. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months. Edward Beamsley (Mr. A. D. Brodie), petitioned for divorce from Mary Ellen Beamsley, on grounds of desertion. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute alter three mo nt hs. Jean Rossiter (Mr. H. M. Keesing), petitioned for divorce from Mervyn Kenneth Rossiter, on grounds of adultery. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months. A decree absolute was granted Emma Stokes (Mr .V. B. Willis), respondent being William Janies Stokes.
