MACB ER—TI RNER Pink and blue flowers arranged in St. Paul/ ganui, on Saturday, July 27, formed a pretty floral seeting for the wedding of Joyce Maureen, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Turner, Hautura, Kawhai, who was married to Donald Eduard, only son of Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Maciver. Wanganui. The Rev. A. C. McLean officiated. The bride wore a frock of white embossed cloque, with fitting corsage, lull skirt and bustle train. A topknot of white flowers held in place her veil of tulle, which was edged with a wide oand of hand-made lace. She carried a shower bouquet of Philippinense lilies, freesias, carnations, winter roses and blue forget-me-nots. She was attended by Miss Merle Palmer Jones, Wanganui, who wore a frock of mermaid blue taffeta with touches of sliver lame introduced al the neckline and on the bustle bow. She wore a bandeau of pink and blue flowers, and carried a bouquet of pink carnations, roses, and camellias and blue forget-me-nots. Two flower gins. Gay Hollier, Wellington, and Janet Mcintosh, Wanganui, wore charming frocks of sunset pink taffeta with touches of blue introduced in lacing of narrow biue velvet at the shoulders. They wore bandeaux and carried leis of pink and blue flowers. The best man was Mr. George Mason, Raorikia, and the usher s were Messrs. Bryant Goldsbury and Jock Mclntosh.
