Victor Christian, aged 21, presser, a native of Pitcairn Island, was comr mitted to the Supreme Court, for sentence on a charge of theft of £SB 10s 6=d from the dwelling of James Gavin, Abel Smith Street. The montfy was taken by forcing a desk, and all except sixpence was recovered.
