SANDOX. Miss N. Lawrence, Mr. Biggs, is at present holidaying in Auckland. Mr. Jim Davey, of Wellington, was a visitor to Sandon during the weekend. TAIHAPE Mr and Mrs. T. E. Platt, of Paraparaumu, formerly of Pukeokahu, are visiting Taihape. Mr. and Mrs. Allan Smith, of Omatane, have left the district to .reside near Stratford, where M. Smith will take up farming. MARTON Dr. R. A. Church, M. 8., CH.B., Marton, has been attached to the 2nd. Composite Company, N.Z.A.S.C., with the rank of Lieutenant.
