Under the system now being i instituted liaison officers will work in a dual capacity. It will be their re- i sponsibility to advise applicants lor | cadetships on the nature of the work 1 required of them and to direct them into departments for which their qualifications are most suited. At the same time liaison officers will submit reports on the qualities and qualifications of applicants to the commissioner.
