POLISH PORT OF GDYNIA Received Dec. 5. 9.30 p.m. NEV/ YORK. Dec. 4. The American Associated Press Berlin correspondent says that Herr Hitler has decreed declaring the harbour of Gotenhavcn, formerly Gdynia, a German naval base.
