TE AWAMUTU MEEIING ENTRIES FOR NEXT WEEK Nominations closed last Friday night tor the summer meeting of the Wai pa Racing Club, to be held at Te Awamutu next Saturday week. The largest held is in the Waipa Plate, a weight-for-age event, run over six furlongs and a-half, 42 being entered, and the club has decided that if divisions are necessary the stake will be increased to £l5O, the winners to receive £6O, and the second horse £l5. The entries for the principal events are:— Te Awamutu Cup, of £400; one mile and a-quarter.—Llangollen, Baran, Gold Vaals, King Rey, Dictate, Raceline, Giadynev, Orate, Scotland, The Cardinal, Bon Star, Te Hai, Balinavar, Clessamor, Vaalso, Cheval de Volee, Golden Sheila, Poland, Very Glad, Ureklaw, Sly Fox, Flood Tide, Armacourt. Te Awamutu Hack Cup, of £250; nine furlongs.—Raepata, Serenata, Philemup, Greek Queen, Race Camp, Inquisitor, Foxtoon, Indian Sun, GayOpal, Ureklaw, Nyola, Proud Fox, Saccone, Karatoki, Hutana, Mio Fratollo, Palmint, Ringshot.
