MOTHERS' ONION

ST. BARNABAS’ BRANCH There was a large attendance of members at the monthly meeting of the St. Barnabas' branch of the Mothers' Union, which was held at St. Barnabas’ Chinch, Duric Hill, last week. The vicar, the Rev. W. M. Smallfield, conducted an admission service, and in the course of his address stressed the great importance of all members realising the wonderful opportunity they possessed in furthering the activities of the Church of England, to which they belonged. At the conclusion of the service members were entertained al afternoon tea. lhe hostesses were Mis. C. E. Field and Mrs. J. Singleton.
