PARTIES BANNED
AUTONOMISTS IN ALSACELORRAINE. Received Oct. 30, 6.35 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 28. The Paris correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says that the Prime Minister (M. Daladier) has banned three Alsace-Lorraine autonomist parties controlled by Karl Rooms, who was executed as a German spy on October 27. The parties were key units in the agitation for the separation of AlsaceLorraine from France.
