Wallace Beery plays the leading role in “The Bad Man of Brimstone,” screening to-night at the Duchess Theatre. Famous for his portrayals of “bad man” roles, Beery, as leader of a gang of outlaws who rule the town of Brimstone, is offered one of the finest opportunities of his long cinematic career. Filmed against scenes of rugged grandeur in the Zion National Forest of Utah. “The Bad Man of Brimstone” is a story of a gangster of the 80's whose reign is interrupted when he discovers that a stranger who is attempting to clean up Brimstone is his own son. Virginia Field and Dennis O'Keefe have the leading romantic roles in the him. and Lewis Stone and Bruce Cabot also are prominent players.
