FASCIST ANNIVERSARY
CELEBRATED IN ITALY Received Oct. 29, 7 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 28. The Exchange Telegraph agency's Rome correspondent reports that Signor Mussolini, speaking on the anniversary of the march on Rome, which "brought Italy nothing but new glories," declared he would continue to march forward and build with the people for the people. Thousands, of Black Shirts gathered under the balcony of the Palazzo Venezia, from where the Duce, after taking ten recalls, spoke as above. He later went to the Senate and inaugurated the new chambers for legislative committees.
