FORDELL W.E.A.
The Fordell WjE.A. held its final meeting for the year on Tuesday evening. A good attendance of members listened with great interest to a talk on world affairs by Mr. Healy, the district tutor-organiser. A full discussion ensued on the problems created by the war and some concern was expressed as to the nature of the peace terms which must eventually be settled between the nations at war. Thanks were accorded to Mr. and Mrs. Healy for their visit, and appreciation was expressed for the good work of the group-secretary and of all who had helped to make the meetings so successful. Supper and “Auld Lang Syne brought the evening to a close at a late hour. _________
